Jerard Wright is a Native Angeleno that has an abiding passion for transportation, planning and land use issues. Prior to joining BizFed, he was a transportation Policy Analyst for Move LA for 5 years successfully organizing the business community around supporting the $120 Billion transportation investment program Measure M. Jerard was awarded the Volunteer of the Year by the Regional Black Chamber of the San Fernando Valley because of his efforts with working with the business community.
Jerard graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a BA in Architecture and Urban Planning. In addition to his work with BizFed he is currently on Sierra Club Angeles Chapter’s Transportation Committee where he advocates for policies from a pragmatic lens to our environment and our economy. When he’s not talking about transportation and community building, he is an associate with World Financial Group in Torrance enjoying teaching and helping his clients achieve their financial goals and dreams.
