Paul Little was appointed president and chief executive officer of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce in December, 2007. Previously, he was a senior account executive with VMA Communications, Inc., a boutique public relations and communications firm. Mr. Little has served as Director of Communications for Claremont School of Theology and Pacific Asia Museum. He has also written articles for newspapers and magazines. Prior to entering the public relations arena, Mr. Little worked in the entertainment industry where he was a production assistant, assistant to the producer, associate producer, assistant film editor, line producer, script doctor, development and production executive.

Mr. Little served on the Pasadena City Council from 1995 to 2007. He chaired the city’s Finance Committee and served on the Municipal Services Committee and the Economic Development and Technology Committee. He served on the Board of the Los Angeles to Pasadena Metro Construction Authority from its inception in 1998 through completion of the initial, $700 million construction phase of the Gold Line light rail project in 2006. He served as chair of that board three times. Paul Little currently serves on the board of the Pasadena Center Operating Company that oversees the convention center and convention and visitor’s bureau. He is also on the Board of the Los Angeles County Business Federation (BizFed) and is a member of their Operations Committee. Mr. Little is married to Laurie Bollman-Little a recently retired Los Angeles Unified School District teacher. They have two children, Cameron a graduate of New York University who lives in Brooklyn and Courtney a graduate of Clark University who is producing associate for a regional theater in New Jersey. The Little family also includes two Great Pyrenees dogs and a chinchilla.
