Principal, Grassroots Lab
Robb Korinke is a veteran of candidate and ballot measure campaigns across California and beyond. He leads GrassrootsLab’s client and campaign activities in Southern California, and specializes in state and local government, open data and transparency issues, online communications and ballot measure advocacy. He served four years as the Executive Director of the Los Angeles League of Cities and has worked with local governments on key policy issues going back to Proposition 1A in 2004. He has managed the Los Angeles County Business Federation PAC since 2014 and is also the Publishing Editor of CaliforniaCityNews.org, CaliforniaCountyNews.org and CalSchoolNews.org.
Korinke began his career with Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in Washington D.C. and in state and local Democratic politics in California. In 2007, he joined the Orange County Business Council as Communications Director, overseeing all aspects of the organization’s interaction with local and statewide media. He also crafted messaging for advocacy efforts on behalf of the business community in Orange County.
He lives in Long Beach, California, where he serves as Chair of Mayor Robert Garcia’s Technology & Innovation Commission
