Joanne McClaskey is the Executive Director of the Industry Business Council & Chamber of Commerce (IBC). Ms. McClaskey oversees the programs and strategic plan of the Council as they represent the City of Industry’s business community. Since taking on the Executive Director role in July, 2018, Joanne has focused on developing high-quality, relevant programs specifically designed to add value to the City’s unique business environment. Internal software and technology upgrades have improved communications and streamlined interactions with members and the business community at large. With over 13 years of experience with the IBC (formerly the Industry Manufacturers Council), Joanne also served as the IBC’s Director of Administration managing the daily operations, staff oversight, technology, HR and contracts. McClaskey received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Azusa Pacific University. She is a lifelong resident of Alta Loma where she and her husband, Jim currently reside.
