Advocacy Academy

BizFed’s Advocacy Academy program features a series of virtual training sessions followed by an interactive in-person workshop.

BizFed launched its Advocacy Academy program in July 2023 to boost civic engagement among local business leaders and entrepreneurs. The Advocacy Academy provides leadership and media training, advocacy and messaging tools, and other resources to advance economic equity throughout Southern California, with a particular focus on empowering small enterprise owners in low-income communities to participate in the democratic process and better advocate for themselves.
