We're celebrating good news that BizFed leaders helped make possible. Remember the Action Alerts we sent you about the proposed Royal Vista Residential Project featuring 200 single-family homes, 58 duplex homes, 30 triplex homes, and 72 townhomes in the San Gabriel Valley? The Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission voted unanimously to advance the Royal Vista project.
That means 360 new for-sale housing units (including more than 80 affordable units for first-time homebuyers and workforce needs) are one step closer to production. And it's a major step. The proposed plan heads to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors next. Stay tuned for marching orders and fine-tuned messaging from our advocacy team.
