Today Gov. Jerry Brown signed into law legislation (AB398 E. Garcia, AB617 C. Garcia, ACA1 Mayes) that extends the Cap and Trade Program through 2030.
This extension of Cap and Trade is very important to our economy and our state. It is also proof of California's bipartisan leadership that supporting the environment and economic development are not mutually exclusive and will co-exist.
BizFed looks forward to continuing to work with our state legislators and the Governor for the betterment of our state, our economy and our quality of life.
We reached out to many legislators and here's the list of those that voted to support Cap & Trade and we thanked them!
