SB 100 "100% renewable power by 2045"

SB 100 (De Leon) has passed the Assembly and is going back to the Senate for Final Passage! Our Policy Team is calling all LA Senators to let them know that BizFed OPPOSES SB 100 and we cannot let De Leon pander to progressives while ignoring the $3 Trillion cost to the CA economy!

SB 1288 "Violations of existing nurse-to-patient ratios"

SB 1288 (Leyva) is in the back to the Senatefor Final Passage! Our Policy Team is calling all LA Senators to let them know that BizFed OPPOSES SB 1288!

SB 120 (Roth) would add another level of bureaucracy by allowing the State Lands Commission and the Department of Fish and Wildlife to have the final say on a project over CEQA and is in the Assembly! Our Policy Team is calling all LA Assemblymembers to let them know that BizFed OPPOSES SB 120!

SB 1402 "Trucking company abuses"

SB 1402 (Lara) Holds third-party companies liable for potential trucking company abuses even though that third-party company has no control over the trucking company's practice and is in the Assembly! Our Policy Team is calling all LA Assemblymembers to let them know that BizFed OPPOSES SB 1402!
