California Contract Cities Association (CCCA) is a collection of member cities united for a common cause. Born in 1958 as the direct result of the “Lakewood Plan”, CCCA grew from eight contacting or member cities to 70 member cities today with more than 7 million residents. Believing that our strength is in our numbers, membership growth remains one of the main priorities of the association.
The general purpose of the CCCA is to serve as a rallying point for cities contracting for municipal services so that we ensure our constituents the best service at the minimum cost. Through municipal seminars, education, exchange of ideas and information, our association combines resources to influence policy decisions affecting our member cities.
