The Greater Downey Association of REALTORS® (DAOR) received its Charter from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in November of 1947. Today, DAOR has over 3,000 REALTOR®, MLS Only, and Affiliate members in the Downey and GREATER surrounding areas.
DAOR is a trade association, providing real estate licensees with the services needed to conduct their day-to-day business. Not all real estate licensees are REALTORS®. The trademark REALTOR® identifies those real estate licensees who are members of all three trade associations – the National, their State, and their Local Association of REALTORS® – they abide to a strict Code of Ethics. In our web site, you have the ability to search for a REALTOR®, the search database does not include those members who are MLS Only, (non-REALTOR®).
