Dear Governor Newsom,
We are writing to let you know that LA County’s business community shares your concerns about the teacher strike affecting 700,000 students in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
We’re also writing to ask you to put your shoulder in to solving this crisis that negatively affects so many students in our community.
Your public comments today and your budget allocation last week were much appreciated. As our new Governor, we urge you to do everything you can to help end this strike now. You have the unique ability to bring all parties to the table. Please use every resource at your disposal to do what they clearly have been unable to.
