Tasia Kieffer is passionate about creating community, cultivating connections, and advancing smart policy. She got her start in politics as a deputy field organizer for Brittany Pettersen's successful campaign for Colorado State Senate. Tasia later served as an intern in the Denver office of U.S. Senator Michael Bennet (D-CO).
During college, Tasia also participated in mock trial competitions and advocated for exceptional female leaders as an active member of her "Women in Business" club. She earned her Bachelor's in political science and completed a double minor in business marketing and technology, arts, and media at the University of Colorado Boulder.
After graduating early, Tasia moved to Los Angeles to accept a position with BizFed member Cerrell Associates. She eventually transitioned into a BizFed position and is excited to take on full-time responsibilities serving BizFed members.
In her free time, Tasia enjoys writing, sushi, and nature walks. Her professional goals include writing and passing California state legislation.
BizFed launched in 2008 and now unites more than 245 diverse business organizations. BizFed’s 150 investors include micro-businesses to iconic brands and institutions.
