ACTION ALERT: Speak Out Against West Hollywood Approach to Minimum Wage

This Monday evening, the West Hollywood City Council will consider a minimum wage ordinance proposal that is essentially a cookie-cutter of the City of Los Angeles ordinance, even though the City of West Hollywood has it's own unique economic characteristics that would be better served by a more measured approach.  The City of West Hollywood conducted no studies or specific outreach to affected businesses to properly assess its business community and its concerns or possible impact. Can you please do the following? 1. Click here to email the West Hollywood City Council at council@weho.org to express your concerns. Tell them to:
Immediately stop pursuing this particular minimum wage increase plan.  Please come back to the table and work with us to develop a plan that makes all of us strong -- don't just accept a cookie-cutter solution from the City of Los Angeles.
